There are approximately two thousand thirty-one (2,031) cylinders overall in the buildings listed above. Exact numbers may vary, but a best effort was made to determine the count of each type of replacement that will be required for door handles and lock cylinders. The award of this solicitation will be contingent upon bid amounts received and the availability of funds to perform the specified tasks. The University also reserves the right to make awards to one bidder or multiple bidders in the manner most advantageous to the University.
