Specifications include, but are not limited to:To develop a marketing plan that further builds the Reich College of Education brand and attracts future students who will someday become North Carolina teachers. First, conduct a thorough audit of your current marketing communications. This will include looking at College of Education marketing materials and plans along with the broader university marketing efforts. Next, experience the campus community and culture. This will include one-on-one interviews and group sessions with leadership, students, faculty, and alumni. Next, develop a comprehensive marketing plan, which focuses on specific goals and provides a foundation for all marketing communication over the next few years. Finally, tackle a variety of tasks, from guideline development, to marketing plan development, to final execution of marketing plan. Phase I Planning and Background Research: Review of competitive/peer set Audit of existing marketing communications Review of background materials including planning documents, existing research, etc. Understanding of goals, long term and short term Planning and strategy sessions with leadership Qualitative interviews and group sessions with key constituencies High level insights document provided Phase II Develop Comprehensive Marketing Plan: Visual strategy Messaging Examples of creative direction / campaign recommendations for digital, print, social, advertising, on- campus, etc. On-campus Marketing Plan Presentation Phase III Finalizing Marketing Plan: Detailed guidelines to include creative elements, voice/copy guidelines, photography guidelines, format guidelines with selection of finalized templates. Collaboration with the College of Education team on development of a final marketing plan to support strategic goals. May include finalizing copy, sizing based on an approved media plan, developing additional advertising, etc
