Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:The S-164 Structure is located on the east side of Taylor Creek Reservoir in the northeast corner of Osceola County (Section 5, Township 25 South, Range 34 East). Based on GPS readings from Google Earth, the coordinates of the structure are N28.340522, W80.933647. The structure was constructed in 1967 by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the District has operated and maintained the structure since. The objective of this project is to repair the damaged and aging concrete, repair and paint the sheet pile wing walls, replace the two side slide gates, replace the upstream debris barrier, repair and replace fencing, and miscellaneous site work. This work is necessary to ensure the operational readiness of S-164 and to satisfy USACE requirements. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the rehabilitation of the S-164 Structure as described in this statement of work and as specified on the Contract Drawings.
