Existing brand should be incorporated into all marketing, outreach and other promotional activities. The BuffaloRecycles.org webpage should be the site for the incentive program. B. Accessibility and Program Content 1) Provide every resident in the community with the opportunity to participate in the 34 and More Buffalo Recycles Incentive program. 2) Reward residential households for their individual recycling efforts, whether those efforts are the results of curbside recycling through a city approved hauler or via o n e o f t h e m u n i c i p a l i t y s d r o p -off locations. 3) Provide access to content and opportunity for program engagement through multiple communication channels including, but not limited to on-line, Mobile (iOS, Android, and Mobile Web), direct mail, out of home marketing, social media, bill inserts, etc. 4) Provide a custom localized, and dedicated online experience for residents program interaction. 5) Content must be available in multiple languages, including at least English and Spanish. 6) Must provide resident access to toll-free phone based customer support 7) Must provide access to account information via on-line, mobile (iOS, Android, and Mobile Web), and phone channels
