Specifications include, but are not limited to:. PROJECT SCOPE The City of Lafayette is seeking a fee proposal from a software firm specializing in Human Resources Recruiting and Applicant Management Software that helps improve the process efficiency as well as the time and cost spent on all facets of recruitment and Applicant Management. This would allow the City to streamline processes within Human Resources and at the same time improve the overall experience of job candidates and employees and their interaction with the Human Resources Department.REQUEST FOR PROPOSALRecruiting and Applicant Management Software Human Resources Information Software INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPOSAL Page 2 of 5 The BASE BID is anticipated to include the following: a.HR Management module to cover all HR recruiting aspects. Human resource management function involves the recruitment and placement of candidates. b.Analytics- a module to enable the City to run comprehensive reports and conduct analysis with regard to various metrics. In addition, we are requesting SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION (that would be nice tohavebut not required)in order to evaluate future anticipated needs. a.Benefits administration module to provide a system for the City to administer and track employee participation in benefits programs as well as FMLA usage. The ideal system would allow for online open enrollment coordination/management. b. Applicant Management module to analyze personnel usage within the City organization; identifying potential up and coming talent and leaders; recruiting through online recruiting sites or publications that market to both recruiters and applicants. Training module to provide a system for the City to administer and track employee training and development efforts. The system would allow HR to track education, qualifications, and skills of employees, as well as outlining what training courses, books, CDs, web-based learning or materials are available to develop necessary skills. The ideal system would also allow for distribution of online training assignments and notification of completion. c. Employee self-service module to allow employees to query HR related data and perform some HR transactions over the system. d. Risk Management & Safety module to allow the tracking of certificates of insurance, safety training, and claims management. The ESTIMATED COSTS /SCOPE for 2016 HRIS software services is anticipated to include, but not limited to, the following: 1. Installation / set-up 2. Training 3. Annual contract fees for (one, two and three year intervals.) 4. Annual Maintenance contract (one, two and three year intervals.) 5. Annual subscription fee or monthly employee costs
