Specifications include, but are not limited to:The FDLE intends to enter into a two year agreement for modifications to a 2004 Beechcraft King Air 350 aircraft. The modifications to this aircraft may be segregated into a multiple Project Phase approach. The modifications include the removal of two (2) external antennas, removal of two (2) metal rack workstations, fabrication of a workstation to house a Wescam MX15 camera system and reconditioning of the interior walls, ceiling and flooring of the cabin of the aircraft. All work must be performed by properly licensed and certified personnel in accordance with FAA regulations. 3.2SPECIFICATIONS Awarded Bidder shall provide all necessary parts and labor for the modifications to a 2004 Beechcraft King Air 350 aircraft to include the following Project Phases: 1.Removal of two metal rack workstations and all associated equipment, not including a Wescam MX15 camera system. Wiring must be capped and sealed in the walls or removed completely. Holes which are exposed as a result of the removal of the rack workstations and all associated equipment must be patched. 2.Removal of two antennas from the top of the aircraft and patch remaining holes per FAA regulations. A Designated Engineering Representative (DER) must oversee the repair. Certification must be provided by the Awarded Bidder of the DER to FDLE. 3.Fabricate a standalone workstation that will support, operate and store the Wescam MX15 camera system. If applicable, current workstation may be cannibalized. The Wescam MX15 camera system must be fully operational and functional after installation of the new workstation. 4.Recondition of interior walls and ceiling, install new cabin floor covering with carpet or nonskid surface. Install polarized inner cabin window rotating panes. All colors and materials must be preapproved by FDLE prior to installation
