Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor shall provide all materials, machinery, equipment and services to completely assembleand erect a radio tower in accordance with these specifications and all applicable EIA andmanufacturer-recommended specifications.1.02 Contractor shall work with Owner and tower manufacturer, Sabre Industries, to coordinatedelivery and shall unload and stage tower steel near erection site.1.03 Owner will secure necessary FAA, FCC and local zoning clearances and authority.1.04 Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all required work permits.1.05 Owner will furnish graded access up to the actual tower erection site.1.06 Owner does not have electrical service at site. Contractor shall be responsible for providing anyelectrical power needed for tower assembly and erection.1.07 All parts, materials, supplies and services will meet the minimum construction and erectionstandards recommended by the tower manufacturer.1.08 Contractor shall utilize materials furnished by tower manufacturer. Any other materials,fastenings or supplies proposed for use on the project shall receive approval from Owner prior toinstallation.
