Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Farmington (City) Warehouse is seeking information on systems which can provide 24/7 unattended inventory tracking for assets. Our initial and primary focus will be for high value assets stocked in our yard, including wood and aluminum poles, and serialized equipment, such as transformers, reclosers, regulators and switches. The City welcomes submissions for any system that can provide the type of control and tracking being described. While we anticipate a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system will best meet our needs, we realize there may be other systems that function effectively. However, descriptions contained in this RFI are geared toward an RFID System.
