THE COUNTY OF ORANGE/HEALTH CARE AGENCY IS SOLICITING PROPOSALS FROM QUALIFIED VENDORS FOR THE PURCHASE AND MAINTENANCE OFA NEWMOBILE BADGING SYSTEM.THE RESULTANT CONTRACT SHALL BE EFFECTIVE UPON ALL NECESSARY SIGNATURES. PRICE SUBMITTED SHALL NOT INCLUDE SALES TAX. INDICATE SHIPPING CHARGES IF ANY. COUNTY OF ORANGE SHALL NOT PAY CHARGES OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED ON THE BID. FAILURE TO RESPOND TO ANY AND ALL THE REQUESTED ITEMS MAY RESULT IN THE SUBMITTED BID BEING DEEMED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.THE COUNTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL PROPOSALS, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, TO WAIVE ANY INFORMALITY IN ANY PROPOSALS, AND TO ACCEPT THE PROPOSAL WHICH IN ITS DISCRETION, IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE COUNTY.No additional specifications were given.
