Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of the County of Santa Clara Facilities and Fleet Department to establish a term contractwith a contractor to provide pumps maintenance and repair/replacement services on an as neededbasis. The term of the Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and end 12 months from the EffectiveDate. The County reserves the right to extend this Contract for an additional one-year terms, unlessterminated earlier or otherwise amended. Total contract value shall not exceed one hundred seventy-fivethousand dollars ($175,000).
