Now in its 76th yearof publication, it has become an outdoor reading tradition. Since 2003, contributions from readers have beenthe sole source of revenue for operations. The print magazine currently circulates to more than 100,000households as well as every public library and school in the state. To fulfill its mission and ensurefinancial sustainability, Minnesota Conservation Volunteer needs to reach out to new audiences to buildreadership. This project calls for a marketing professional to develop a three-year marketing/outreach plan and budget andto begin implementing it in the first year. The written plan and proposed budget will be completed within thefirst three months of the Notice to Proceed. Implementation will begin thereafter. Duration of the project isone year with the option to renew for two additional years
