Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4,000 Preventative Maintenance Service1. Atlantic County will be responsible for bringing vehicle to service site.2. Vendor will be required to take county vehicle within 30 minutes of arrival, and will be requiredto complete PM within the next 40 minutes.3. Attachment I, Form PM-4K MI, is the required check-off list for a County vehicle 4,000 mi.preventative maintenance. Vendor will be required to utilize this form. Supply of forms will begiven to successful vendor.4. Form indicating work completed must be accurately completed, signed by mechanic, countyemployee, and authorized company representative or payment will not be processed for PMservice.
