Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide the equipment and services listed on the Contract Bid Form. Contractor will supply driver/operator for all equipment. Equipment and flagging services to be utilized statewide. Contractor will be given 7 days notice on request for equipment. Flagging services will be in conjunction with equipment provided. Flagging services will not be requested outside of requests for equipment. NCDOT will guarantee 40 hours of work for each normal request for equipment. Emergency response will be within 24 hours of request for equipment. Emergency response will be paid for the actual hours used with no number of hours guaranteed. Contractor will be responsible for all fuel, maintenance of equipment, tolls and permits, (including Oversize/Overweight permits). Chargeable hours will begin at time and place equipment is requested. Travel between sites will be chargeable time. The contractor will not be paid for downtime due to meals, equipment failure, unsatisfactory weather, nor any other conditions
