Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Contractor shall provide the necessary management, technical and operating services for assisting in theoperationoftheCountyslocaltransit s y s t e m ( A R T ) a n d p a r a t r a n s i t s y s t e m ( S T A R ) a s s p e c i f i e d b y t h e County. The Contractor shall assist and cooperate with the County in meeting the objectives of providing quality transit management services. The Contractor shall perform close liaison activities, coordination and cooperation with the County on matters related to operations, monitoring, and compliance, reporting and service performance measurements. The specific Scope of Work (SOW) and rates for each contract year shall be negotiated by the County and Contractor for each contract year. Contract amounts for Option Years will be based on funding availability, labor rates from the previous year and an Annual Work Plan for that year. STAFFING REQUIREMENTS It is anticipated that the County will require support from five (5) full-time personnel for the Base Year. Full time is defined as forty (40) hours per week. Staffing requirements for each Option Year will be negotiated per the Annual Work Plan as set forth herein. The following personnel are required to be located at the County Office located at 2100 Clarendon Blvd., Suite 900, Arlington, Virginia 22201. The minimum personnel required are as follows: 1. Transit Provider Coordination Manager Transit Provider Coordination Manager (TCPM) shall coordinate the planning and policy activities of Metrorail and Metro Bus services for Arlington County as well as act as the liaison between the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) and Arlington County Transit Bureau and Division of Transportation. This position shall also act as liaison regarding transit planning and policy between the Arlington County Transit Bureau and Division of Transportation and the Northern Virginia Transportation Commission (NVTC) and committees overseeing transit services on I-66 and I-395. The liaison duties shall include advising the Director of Transportation and the Transit Bureau Chief as well as Arlington County Board members
