Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Revenue Enhancement and Customer Hospitality (REACH) - Boarding Areas A & G Project ("Project") will utilize innovative design strategies to determine best use of space to revolutionize the customer experience, taking into consideration passenger circulation and comfort, surprise and delight, and revenue generation. The Project consists of the programming, design, construction, activation; commissioning, training, close-out, and opening of renovation work at in Boarding Area A & G in the International Terminal Building ("ITB"). The scope of work of the Project includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1.Renovation of passenger circulation areas 2.Enhancement of concession areas and hold rooms 3.Construction of post-security recompose areas 4.Installation of new amenities, such as flight information displays, information booth, in-seat electronic charging outlets, art, hydration stations, ATMs, advertisements, etc. 5.Improvements of signage and seating 6.Reconfiguration of elevators and moving walks 7.Renovation of select components, such as signage, amenities, art and seating, in Boarding Areas A & G, Main Hall, Customs and Border Protection and Arrivals Level in ITB.
