Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:Reconciling sales weekly and creating monthly Profit and Loss statements. Processing weekly payrolls for each Cafeteria, using information provided by the Operators. The awardee should use QuickBooks software. The weekly payroll is based upon actual hours worked. Issuing payroll checks for mailing each week on Monday afternoons. Providing Operators with a weekly report of wages and payroll liabilities necessary for funding the payroll accounts. Reconciling payroll bank statements and sending copies to the Operators and State. Completing monthly payroll tax deposit coupons for 941 taxes and depositing checks in a timely manner. Completing all quarterly and yearly federal payroll tax forms, including Federal Forms 940, 941, W-2 and W-3, and mailing the same in a timely manner, sending copies to the Operators and State.
