Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Village of Ruidoso is the Fiscal Agent for the Ruidoso/Lincoln County DWI Grant Program. The DWI Grant Program coordinator will be an independent contractor of the Village of Ruidoso. 1. The DWI Grant Program Coordinator is responsible for oversight of all DWI project efforts including but not limited to the following: A. Plan, implement and coordinate all Ruidoso/Lincoln DWI Distribution Grant Program efforts. Monitor all Grant activities; and provide evaluation of the progress in all program areas and total project impact. B. Provide Quarterly Progress and Financial reports, a Final Report, next year DWI plans as may be required by the department of Health, next year DWI Grant and Distribution Grant Applications as may be required by the Department of Finance and Administration /Local Government Division (DFA/LGC), together with any special reports or presentations that may be required by either of these State Agencies.;
