Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Maryland, College Park, (herein referred to as the University) is requesting Technical Proposals from firms to provide Consulting Services for an Athletic Facilities Master Plan to the University of Maryland College Park (UMCP). The selected firm will be required to provide Consulting Services including assessments and studies. Administration services such as site inspections, submittal reviews, responses to requests for information and punch list development may also be requested. The required services may include any and/or all of the following: a.Preparation of studies, evaluations and reports b. Programmatic assessment of the existing facilities that include input from stakeholders. c. Provide recommended improvements of existing facilities, creation of new facilities and a time line for these improvement and creations that spans the ten (10) year planning time frame d. Multiple options for internal and external improvements, creations and time lines
