Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractors Full Business Name (to be completed by the DMV), hereafter referred to as theContractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials,equipment, and travel necessary to perform to perform preventative maintenance and unscheduledrepair services on roll-up doors and sliding gates as listed in Exhibit H. In addition, the Contractor shallprovide annual Drop Test Certifications for the State Fire Marshal inspections on the specified four (4)fire roll-up doors listed in Exhibit H, for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor is responsible forfield verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement.2. The services shall be performed at:DMV Building East: 2415 First Avenue, Sacramento, CA.DMV Building West: 2570 24th Street, Sacramento, CA.DMV Building South: 2490 First Avenue, Sacramento, CADMV Central Utility Plant (CUP): Sloat Avenue, Sacramento, CA.3. The Contractor shall perform:A. Scheduled fire door Drop Test Certifications shall be performed on an annual basis (once everyyear) during the 1st and 5th quarterly preventative maintenance and shall occur between6:00AM and 7:00AM. All work dates and times must be approved by the DMV Project Managerbefore work is performed.B. Scheduled preventative maintenance services shall be performed during normal DMV businesshours, Monday Friday, 6:00AM through 4:00PM, except State Holidays, unless prior approvalis obtained from the DMV Project Manager. The scheduled preventative maintenance servicesshall be performed on a quarterly basis (once every 3 months), starting the first month followingcontract execution. All work dates and times must be approved by the DMV Project Managerbefore work is performed.
