Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Project Initiation / Data Collection and Review and Analyze Existing Documents and Information The consultant should schedule a Kick-Off meeting with the County to discuss the Scope, Goals and objectives of the project. A project schedule and list of tasks and deliverables should be presented to County staff at or soon after the Kick-off meeting. Consultant should then contact staff to gather, review, evaluate, and organize all known information and available related documents, so as to understand current constraints on the site and the history of planning initiatives for the Property. These include but are not limited to site plans, title reports, engineering and soils reports, past environmental impact reports, traffic studies, development proposals, County policies, City of San Jose zoning and permitting processes, current and proposed operations and finances, existing tenancies
