Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Senior Project Manager selected for this engagement will act as the Enterprise Program Manager to oversee migrations of the Legacy Single Sign-On (SSO) applications to the MILogin solution across all State of Michigan departments. The Enterprise Program Manager will coordinate migration and implementation activities between identified agency support teams and the MILogin project team. Each DTMB agency team is expected to provide a project manager, responsible for coordination of their own resources (including DTMB and business stakeholders) as part of the migration efforts, however in some cases, the Enterprise Program Manager may be expected to assist with these activities as well.In addition, the Enterprise Program Manager will be providing project management activities for new integration efforts between the Enterprise CRM SIGMA solution and the MILogin solution. The SIGMA/MILogin integration timeline is established as October 2017, with initiation and planning activities starting in December 2015.
