Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) is soliciting written proposals from qualified general contractors to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor(CM/GC)Servicesfo r c e r t a i n c i v i l work to install fourteen (14) Owner furnished shelters and associated Owner furnished amenities on those shelters. These shelters were previously deferred under the Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail Transit Project for budget reasons. One CM/GC proposal is requested inclusive of pre-construction and construction services solicited by this RFP. Selection will be on a best value basis, in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in Paragraph 3.2
