Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock is seeking to contract with a consultant to provide the following services related to Police Officer Hiring Process: Reviewing the entire recruitment and selection process for the City of Little Rock entry Police Officer position, provide recommendations concerning existing practices, and recommend changes concerning existing components and/or incorporating new components. The current Police Officer hiring process is included in Attachment A. Final feedback/implementation report provided by the successful vendor will be consistent with the terms and conditions herein set forth. Final scope and price of services will be negotiated with the successful bidder.
