Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services:This invitation to bid shall apply to all requests made by authorizedMissoula Police Department (MPD) personnel to Contractor for services involving City ofMissoula police vehicles and/or vehicles towed at MPD request to a location for impoundfor reason of criminal, serious bodily injury or fatality investigation.The contract periodfor this invitation to be will be valid from February 15, 2016 through February 15, 2018.2.Service Requirements: 2.1Hours of Service: Contractor must provide towing services 24 hours per day,seven (7) days per week, (regardless of any federal or state holidays). 2.2Towing Instructions: Contractor shall tow vehicles to their destination onlyunder the direction of authorized MPD personnel. Authorized MPD personnelmay direct Contractor to tow the vehicle to any of the following destinations: City of Missoula lot;Contractor Storage facility;Other location as specified by authorized MPD personnel.
