Specifications include, but are not limited to:DeliverablesThe Contractor shall be responsible for delivering and providing the following associated with the initial migration, implementation, and on-going service components:Migrate County existing phone numbers (area codes 206, 253, 425, and 360) from the current service arrangement during regular business hours or outside of regular business hours as necessary.Project Management, successful execution of the transition/project plan as described in the Contractors response to the proposal, Attachments D and F, to include testing each line individually to assure it operates as designed.Accept in-bound calls and place out-bound calls from their facilities using existing cable pairs to avoid the need for the County to re-terminate existing connections to County owned equipment.Long distance calling defaulted to NPIC (no PIC) for all lines unless otherwise instructed by the County.Install new services as needed within three (3) to five (5) business days upon receipt of the Countys request along with an acknowledgement of the order sent via email. Add features within three (3) business days.Repair and maintenance of circuits at no additional charge within one (1) business day upon receipt of the County and support coverage twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a week.A monthly electronic Customer Service Record detailing the current inventory consisting of locations, phone numbers and monthly chargesA summary roll up invoice for billing each location individually referencing monthly service charges, taxes, and other associated fees and surcharges per line.A Service Level Agreement (SLA), an escalation process and a monthly status reporting on Key Performance Indicators for installations and repairs to determine if the SLA has been met.Proposers Response
