Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supply a single prime contract to provide all identified 4-plex buildings with new domestic water supply, which would involve horizontal drilling or pipe bursting from the existing water meter and all branch line tie-ins. New supplies will tie into the existing domestic water supply pipes just outside the building, where a new ball valve and valve box is to be installed. One meter feeds multiple 4-plex units and a ball valve at each building is needed to shut down water supply only to those 4 units. New branch lines will be run to feed outside hose bibs. Reroute outside water hose bib shutoff valves to the central location within the valve box with the building shut off valve. All work will mimic work performed at another location on the site which can be viewed at the pre-proposal meeting or by other arrangements. All concrete & landscape patching will be included in the price, but the Owner will handle replanting of vegetation. Tenants will not be without water for more than 6 hours. All work is to be performed at the complex known as Pioneer Village.
