Specifications include, but are not limited to:Overview of Desired Product/Services The City of Goodyear (City) intends to establish a contract for the design, purchase, implementation and support of an electronic ticketing application that integrates with the Police Records Management System (New World Systems (NWS)). The contractor will work with the City to configure the system (hardware and software) to provide the specified functionality in this RFP. Overview of Current Environment Currently paper tickets/citations are issued by the Police Department (PD). Original tickets are sent to the Court, a duplicate copy is sent to records and a copy is given to the defendant at time of issuance. The Prosecutors office will receive ticket information from PD within the full case packet sent. Tickets are entered into the Law Enforcement Records Management System (LERMS) by PD and court staff enters tickets into the statewide case management system, AZTEC, after delivery of the ticket is made by PD. Project Plan Please provide a detailed work plan listing tasks, dependencies, owner (Offeror or customer) and associated labor hours. Address all key phases including project planning, configuration, testing, rollout and support. Discuss implementation plan considerations including estimated time frame and deliverables for various stages of the project. Include a list of City staff skills required to support the new system. Please discuss any potential upgrades that are required or recommended as part of the solution that is deemed outside the scope of work. Include technology/platform strategy and future upgrade plans that will assist in the decision process
