Specifications include, but are not limited to:1. Gap Analysis - Preliminary Communications- Kick-off meeting with College of Charleston staff and QSA.i. Set expectations and timetable for completion of the assessmentii. Identify all current locations accepting credit, debit or prepaid card as SAQ D,SAQ C, SAQ B, or SAQ A.iii. Identify card locations for Gap Analysis investigationiv. Gather information and provide to the QSA the systems, networks andapplications required to meet PCI DSS requirements. Provide IP addresses,locations, and enumerate package software and operating system versions inuse by the College of Charleston.-2. Phase 1 Off-site research -Initial documentation review- QSA (Contractor) studies information provided by College of Charleston off-sitei. Review information providedii. Research specific implementations of in scope systems in use by the College ofCharleston required to meet PCI DSS requirements.-3. Phase 2 Off-site analysis -determine compliancy, other relevant findings and areas- QSA (Contractor) analyzes preliminary results off-sitei. Network diagramsii. Internal and external vulnerability scansiii. Self-Assessment responses as applicableiv. Policy/procedure documentation.
