Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be done shall consist of the installation of bituminous concrete materials, milling and reclaiming operationsand drainage related improvements in accordance with Connecticut Department of Transportation Standard Specificationsfor Roads, Bridges and Incidental Construction, Form 816, Section 4.03 Cold Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement, Section 4.06Bituminous Concrete (latest revision), and M.04 Bituminous Concrete Materials (latest revision), and all other relatedsections. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, supplies, and other facilities and means necessary or proper to layin place the materials and perform operations as described, and to include all handwork and curbing as necessary for thecompletion of pavement in place, shimming in place, milling, reclaiming, and drainage related work.
