Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. EXISTING DATA REVIEW: Examine the existing data in the Cartegraph OMS system and make recommendations regarding missing critical data elements. B. EXISTING ASSET SURVEY: Perform a survey via Digital Survey Vehicle (DSV) or equivalent technology to determine current pavement conditions, deliver a video-log of the Citys network, and implement the Capital Improvement Planning module of Cartegraph. C. GENERAL PMS IMPLEMENTATION & CONSULTATION: Provide expertise and assistance for general pavement maintenance, rehabilitation, and reconstruction practices. The proposer should also be able to create specifications for specific projects on an as needed basis but this need not be included in the costs of this proposal.
