As Health Care Systems across the U.S. aim to deliver value-based care to their patient populations, a greater emphasis is placed on patient experience and satisfaction as a measure of quality. To improve its momentum of safe, timely, effective, equitable, efficient, patient-centered care that consistently exceeds patient expectations NHCC aims to build an infrastructure that engages staff; and promotes a sustainable culture of service excellence that will result in positive patient experiences throughout our continuum of care. Expectations for proposers include but are not limited to the following: I. Onsite cultural assessment to understand the complex healthcare workflows, systems and practices currently utilized at NHCC for addressing patient needs and expectations. Proposers are expected to: Assess current state, including but not limited to: o Behavioral Standards o Rounding o HCAHPS historical numbers and Patient Comments o Complaint/Compliment letters o Leadership Rounding Results
