Specifications include, but are not limited to:Restroom Stall Panel Replacement Project Buildings (Dowdy Building & Craig Hall) Remove existing toilet stall partitions in Dowdy and Craig Hall on the first floor (Women's only). Install new stall partition panel with phenolic panels (Alternate quote for laminate panels). New stall panels will be a one for one replacement using the existing layout. Field measurements required. Panel Products New stall panels must have a height of not less than 6'-10" and a maximum height of 7'-0". Panels must be mount not less than 2" and not more the 4" off finish floor. All panel connections must have solid continuous connectors with privacy strips. All Partition doors must have Privacy Covers for door gaps. Privacy Covers-Covers gaps between door and pilasters (Partition Privacy Covers). All panel doors must have ADA compliant locks within use indicators. Colors - Black Panels for Craig Hall and Brown Panels for Dowdy Building. Color samples of partitions must be provided to the University Project Manager prior to ordering for installation. Stall panels must not be less than 3/4" thick.
