Specifications include, but are not limited to: This new system shall include: Pay in Lane System with both cashiers and automated pay stations in lane; Pay on Foot System (entry/exit and pay station components); Pay by phone capabilities Credit card system that is PCI DSS v3.1 certified and includes Smart Card Chip (EMV enabled) contact reader with PIN pad and Near Field Communications (NFC enabled) contactless reader; Proximity Card Capabilities with an option of AVI technology; Equipment that directly interfaces with Elavon (no third party) Payment Options that include: Cash and Cashless Payment for Parking, Online Credit Card Validation, Revenue management; collection and counting, credit card transactions and cash system software. Including the software related to and management of pass cards. Revenue and management report functions must include the capability of building Ad Hoc and customized reports. Opportunity for the purchase of pre-paid parking for longer stay visitors, and Near Field Communications (NFC enabled) payment technology (future);
