Specifications include, but are not limited to:General Instructions: Furnish all labor, materials and equipment required to prep and paint areas, where noted, with specified commercial grade paint. Each Fire station is to be quoted separately and the owner will decide which locations will be done. Available funds may not allow every station listed to be completed.Station 51 Interior Approximate room size is 4,000 square feet. Paint interior of engine bays and the museum (Colors to be determined) Station 52 Exterior Approximate area is 5,000 square feet. Clean stained gutters and down spouts. Remove and replace all rotten/ soft wood on the building and fencing areas. Paint all wood, and the metal surfaces that are currently painted green color. Station 53 Exterior Approximate area is 5,000 square feet. Clean stained gutters and down spouts. Replace all rotten/ soft wood on the building and fencing areas. Paint all wood, and the metal surfaces that are currently painted green color. Station 54 Exterior Approximate area is 5,000 square feet. Clean, prep and paint exterior of fire station the current colors which will include all concrete/stucco, wood and metal surfaces
