Specifications include, but are not limited to:Arapahoe Community College is seeking a consultant for services to EMT and Paramedic programs located at both Arapahoe Community College and HealthOne. These include but not limited to:Task 1: Design and conduct proactive inquiry into the different processes and systems with the EMT and Paramedic programs at both ACC and HealthOne including but not limited to admission, registration, fees and tuition, class schedule, graduation requirements, curriculum, delivery methods, evaluation of both adjuncts and courses, and prior learning assessment for credit, handling of academic and administrative issues for students. The inquiry should identify commonalities, gaps in academic and administrative procedures, and misaligned processes and practices at the two locations with the intent of identifying and potential synergies and creating uniformity and consistency of administrative processes to improve student service and reduce administrative process conflict between these collaborating institutions.Task 2: Analyze, summarize, and disseminate findings to the programs leadership at both institutions. Inquiry findings are reported to programs leadership on regular (biweekly) basis. Reports will outline qualitative and quantitative data collected thus far and observations about the efficacy of the programs strategies and impact on students.Task 3: Prepare and present a final report to the programs leaderships. The final report will outline findings, address issues related to the above processes, and recommend strategies and tactics for process improvement and positive transformation to increase students retention and success, allow uniformity at the two sites, and improvement of departmental functioning.Task 4: Partner with the two programs leadership teams to execute appropriate strategies, models, and tactical interventions for new and existing projects focusing on aligning structures and processes in the programs at the two sites (two sites, one program, one curriculum, and one student support services experience).
