Specifications include, but are not limited to:The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is seeking bids for Orchestra sheet music. Please note this is a product-specific bid and no substitutes or alternates will be accepted. For each piece of music, we will need basic (or minimum set of) string configuration, full set of winds and percussion and one full score for each item listed. Authoritative editions are preferred when available. Delivery Requirement: All items must be delivered on or before May 15, 2016. All bid prices must include delivery charges, FOB UNC Charlotte. Bidders are apprised that UNC Charlotte reserves the right to make awards in whole or in part.
