Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Licensee shall maintain in an approved clean and sanitary condition, including removal oflitter and debris in and around the shelters and in any event shall clean the shelters no lessthan once every two weeks, twelve months a year. Damaged or broken parts shall be repairedor replaced within forty-eight (48) hours after discovering or being notified of such damage.The Licensee shall be held responsible for snow and ice accumulation in and around theshelters and shall use its best efforts to remove such snow and ice from the shelter areas andclear a path no less than the width of the shelter from the shelter to the curb as soon as possible. In any event, all shelters shall be cleared of snow and made safe within forty-eight(48) hours after cessation of the storm.
