Specifications include, but are not limited to:Purpose & Objectives of the RFP/Q The purpose of this Request for Proposal (the RFP) / Request for Quote (RFQ) (collectively, referred to as RFx) is to invite qualified bidders to prepare and submit proposals to furnish Online Digital Advertising Campaign Build and Management to the University of California (UC), in accordance with the requirements set forth in this RFx. The overall objective of this RFx is to select a supplier or suppliers to assist UC in establishing the most cost effective and efficient procurement program for Cal Performances while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Qualified suppliers are invited to submit proposals, based on the information provided in this RFx, with the intent to establish a business alliance with UC that will maximize the resources of both organizations to most effectively meet UCs needs. Bidder agrees to make available the services to any UC location upon the terms, conditions and pricing set forth in a agreement awarded in response to Bidders proposal. Contract Term It is anticipated that the initial term of any contract awarded pursuant to this RFx will be for a period of four ( 4 ) years. UC may, at its option, extend or renew the contract for three ( 3 ) additional one-year periods on the same terms and conditions. Validity Period "Validity Period" as used in this provision, means the number of calendar days available to UC for awarding a contract. All proposals will remain available for UC acceptance for a minimum of 120 days following the RFx closing date.
