Specifications include, but are not limited to: mbudsman tracking software solution. There were eighteen (18) Offices for the Long Term Care Ombudsman for State Fiscal Year 2017. This number is subject to increase. Software must allow the Office to track individuals receiving services through both the Home Care Ombudsman Program and the Long Term Care Ombudsman. Software also needs to allow the Office to meet reporting requirements as set forth by the US Administration on Community Living and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. Software solution must be compatible with the National Ombudsman Reporting System (NORS).
