This initiative should highlight the Ocean City Police Department and encourage individuals seeking acareer in law enforcement to begin their career here. The Towns Police Departments temporary employeeworkforce will be the focus of the videos capturing the excitement of police work and the rewards of a servicerelated career. An emphasis will be placed on the benefit of the experience gained as a temporary employee thatenhances ones ability to secure full-time employment in the law enforcement profession.
