Specifications include, but are not limited to:3.1.1. Sampling PeriodThe duration of the initial contract period will be for 12 months (July 2016 June2017). Contract annual renewals are expected beyond the initial contract period, butare subject to funding availability and contractor performance. The samplingschedule will generally follow the EPA 6th day schedule, with 3-hour samples takenfrom 6:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m.3.1.2. AnalytesAnalytes of interest for this study are: Total and Speciated NMOCs (EPA MethodTO-12), Carbonyls (EPA Method TO-11a), and Methane (SAE Intl MethodJ1151_201109, or equivalent). See the lists attached at the end of this IFB forspecific compounds to be analyzed, as well as requested minimum detection limits.3.1.3. Number of Sites and Sample DaysThis study will consist of two primary sites in the North Front Range area ofColorado (Denver and Platteville), with each site sampling on the same day. Therewill be 61 scheduled sample days at each site per 12-month period, with 12 duplicatesampling days at each site per 12-month period, plus 12 carbonyl field blanks per site.There will also be 50 as-needed/call-on sample days per 12-month period, plusduplicates and blanks. Certification of three canister/cartridge samplers will beprovided during the 12-month period. FedEx will be utilized for shippingsupplies/samples.
