Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove all vinyl flooring. 2. Grind existing concrete flooring to remove any remnant adhesive for proper adhesion of new tile. 3. Dispose of appropriate debris in an on-site dumpster provided by the Macomb County Dept. of Roads. 4. Use latex modified thin set mortar to place new porcelain tile. 5. Thresholds for all entry ways to be upgraded and must be included in bid price. 6. A 4 to 4-1/2 tile molding is to be installed along the perimeter of the Break Room and must be included in the bid price. 7. Samples of tile 16 x 16 medium porcelain grade and grout to be provided to Leo Ciavatta for selection of color and type of tile and grout to be used for project. 8. Install 16 x 16 medium grade porcelain tiles with grout. 9. Provide one (1) box of tile and grout for any future repairs.
