Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City has joined the Riverside County Public Safety Enterprise Communication (PSEC) system which is largely managed by the Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT) department. RCIT will be providing technical assistance to Murrieta Police Department (MPD) representatives. RCIT will assist with the project management and oversight of the construction outlined in this Scope of Work. This upgrade is required for the police department to integrate new Motorola radio equipment into the Dispatch Center.
