Specifications include, but are not limited to:1. Furnish and install light fixtures as authorized by the Town.2. Distribute qualification requirements to Seymour area subcontractors which are interested inperforming the work. Selected subcontractors will be contracted by the Firm, not the Town.3. Issue Scope of Work to qualified subcontractors to include not fewer than 2 crews at all timeswith backup crews on standby.4. Receive all bid packages and prepare summary of responses for Town review.5. Determine subcontractor selection.6. Conduct final review of all energy savings and construction cost estimates with Eversource toensure accuracy and compliance.7. Develop prioritized traffic control plan in coordination with the installer that minimizeddisruption to normal traffic flows. Plan to be created in conjunction with Seymour PoliceDepartment and approved by the Town. Cost of traffic control to be paid by the Contractor.
