Specifications include, but are not limited to:Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Multi-Systemic Therapy to the Department of Juvenile Justice (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this RFP.The purpose of this solicitation is to procure the services of qualified and experienced Suppliers to develop, operate and manage a MULTI-SYSTEMIC THERAPY Program for delinquent youth. The Department of Juvenile Justice has a need for service slots located strategically throughout the State of Georgia. The service areas will be within the Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest regions. The service to be provided through this contract is Multi-Systemic Therapy, an intensive family and community-based intervention that addresses the multiple determinants of serious antisocial behavior in Juvenile offenders. The Multi-Systemic approach views individuals as being nested within a complex network of interconnected systems that encompass individual, family, and extra familial (peer, school, neighborhood) factors.The Supplier must propose in detail their program that will provide complete program activities consistent with the described requirements.
