Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Cambridge invites applications from appropriately qualified and experienced architects and engineers to prepare a Feasibility Study/Master Plan and then provide complete design services for the proposed: City of Cambridge Department Relocation Project. The buildings affected by this reorganization include City Hall located at 795 Massachusetts Avenue, 831 Massachusetts Avenue, 3 Bigelow Street and one additional building in proximity to the buildings noted. The selected designer shall be required to review all existing Feasibility Study documents available and then prepare a Master Plan for design and construction activities including relocation services for the effected City Departments.
