Specifications include, but are not limited to:RFQ # 01A 16060300000000000853Multi-Exhibitor Pavilion StructureDACF has a requirement for purchasing a multi exhibitor structure that will be used initially at the Produce Marketing Association Fresh Summit event as of October 2016, with multiple shows expected for both future PMA shows and other related events. The Department seeks quotes on the following specific requirements:State of Maine Pavilion structure, intended for purchase and multiple uses, which in its current size will require a 20 x 30 layout with 6 separate 10x10 spaces presented in a separate but unified theme.Current anticipated layout includes one space as a multi-story area (not to exceed 18 in height). The bottom of this level will house the MDACF/get real. get Maine! area where we will primarily have collateral, information and giveaways, as well as a podium style space that faces out into the aisle. This space should also include the stairs and stairs should have more limited intrusion into the other spaces. The second floor should include a small meeting area including furniture where more private meetings can be held. This space is also being used to create additional height to make pavilion space more prominent. The stairs should be concealed as much as possible with custom fabric but the overall effort of the pavilion is to be open aired and visually appealing. The remaining 5 Spaces will be made up of separate outside sub-exhibitors; each will need some type of podium/high-top table style, food/beverage sampling space including a discrete way to include rented refrigeration (current rental vendor is Lowe worldwide refrigeration, a single discrete refrigeration area could be an option if individual spots do not fit), and shelving/table/crates for displays. There should be an area for removable fabric branding space as the exhibitors will be rotating throughout different shows. This particular quote will include the initial printing of the branding signs to go in all the spaces. This is anticipated to be a custom design space which will allow for a cohesive feel with the structure and all sub exhibitors but walls should be kept at a minimum to create an open feel. Some creative discussion should be included in the costs or outlined clearly in charges. Design should include some flexibility for future growth and may be compartmentalized to allow for other size configurations.Storage should be incorporated in some areas such as podiums or concealed under tables as much as possible. All flooring and low temperature lighting is required and should create a comfortable environment for standing for long duration; specifics for carpet, tile or wood are required of PMA. Overhead lighting is permitted but must stay within the confines of booth boundaries. Additional signage should include two hanging logo banners which can be hung at 20, removable signage for the six spots and some type of unified custom banner that indicates the State of Maine.
