Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of this project is to treat stormwater runoff and improve water quality, flood protection, and overall condition and health of East Jesters Creek and the watershed. The Morrow City Hall Stormwater Infiltration project includes the construction of two (2) bio-swales, one (1) bioretention area, and permeable pavers in a portion of the parking lot. The project elements include: installation of safety fence and silt fence; clearing and grubbing; tree removal; removal of existing asphalt pavement; removal and installation of new curb and gutter; installation of permeable pavers and gravel reservoir; excavation and grading of two (2) bioswales and one (1) bioretention area; disposal of excess sediment; installation of two (2) concrete drop inlets and storm sewer pipe associated with the stormwater BMPs; installation of soil reinforcing matting; installation of rock riprap; and plantings and revegetation. The project also includes: survey; maintenance of traffic; sediment and erosion controls; and geotechnical testing as required for project construction.
