Specifications include, but are not limited to:This contract includes but is not limited to the following:a. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, insuranceand services necessary to provide On-Call Mold Remediation Services, 4IFB Template Revised: October 8, 2015including, but not limited to all necessary related work associated with MoldRemediation at Baltimore City Public School buildings, on an as needed basis,as requested by City Schools Department of Health and Safety, and approved byDirector of Procurement.b. Mold Remediation Service work shall include, but not limited to:i. Inspection & assessment services of various building structures.1. Contractor shall have trained and experienced technicians toidentify the extent and severity of mold contamination in a structure.2. Contractor shall support development of the mold remediationprotocol with well-defined objectives.3. Contractor shall be able to provide professional services forinspections of the schools, office buildings, warehouses, andstorage facilities of City Schools.ii. Mold Screen inspection services of various building structures.1. Contractor, during Mold Screen inspections, shall detect thepresence of a microbial problem in the inspected areas of thesubject property.2. The Mold Screen inspection shall consist of a visual inspection inreadily accessible areas for mold and/or conditions that mayindicate the presence of mold red flags, such as a musty odor and/or water evidence of water penetration.3. If the visual inspection shows no or only one red flag in the area,contractor shall perform limited sampling in the area.4. If Contractor finds red flags in multiple areas, City Schools shallbe advised by the Contractor to perform additional sampling in anyand all identified areas.5. Contractor shall send all collected samples to a qualified moldtesting laboratory for evaluation, and provide written certifiedreports of the results to the City Schools Project Supervisor.6. The laboratory testing results shall be provided to City Schoolswithin two to five business days from the day of samples collection.iii. Limited mold sampling through City Schools.1. The purpose of limited mold sampling is to detect the presence ofmold in any inspected City Schools property.2. Limited mold sampling shall consist of a visual assessment for themold problems in the area(s) designated by the City Schools
