The Vendor shall engage in the following tasks:Coordinate logistics for a repeated round of public forums and support local level work as recommended by COTF report. This will likely entail 8-10 regional forums including managing materials, recordings, and evaluations; and writing a comprehensive final report detailing findings of the forums. This report will ultimately be submitted to the Commission.Assist with focus groups of primary care providers conducted by OpinionWorks (commissioned by the COTF)Develop training and outreach materials with and for primary care providers to use to educate their patients about efficient and effective use of the health care system. Final materials must be shared with the Commission and other key stakeholders before they are utilized.Assist with coordination of media campaign development. This will include an evaluation report, engaging consumers in the development of the campaign, testing and implementation of the campaign and a full report of media coverage. The materials and campaign must be reviewed by HSCRC and DHMH prior to sharing beyond a key stakeholder group.Provide a detailed evaluation of all aforementioned efforts in a timely fashion to the HSCRC and all partner organizations
